How do I customise/personalise a mat?
Customising your own doormat is simple! Once you have chosen a design you want to customise and are ready to add it to the basket, you can fill in the personalisation box before you add it to the cart. Please see below for example.

Do I get a design proof before it is printed?
Yes! If you require a digital proof, please tell us in the notes of your order.
Once the Custom doormat has been purchased, one of our experienced designers will send a digital proof for you to change/approve. Keep in mind the digital proof may be slightly different than the actual mat in reality.
If you do not require a proof, please rest assured our designers will come up with something awesome based on your brief.

Crafted from natural coir coconut fibres, these welcome mats provide an innate strength and durability that is perfectly suited to brushing dirt, dust, mud and muck from the soles of your shoes. A non-slip PVC backing traps moisture and water, while keeping your interior carpets protected.
15mm thick with a neat trimmed edge. Made from high quality PVC backed coir matting with the design stenciled and printed in black (or other colors should you request!)
What do I do if I accidentally provide the wrong shipping address?
Not a problem! Just send us a message via Etsy messages within 12 hours so that we can make a note on the order to make a change with the courier. If the item is returned back to us due to inaccurate shipping information provided, we will contact you to arrange re delivery.
A $10 reshipping fee will usually apply.
